Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship our worship-related products (Prasad) to donors within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Timeframe

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after the donation is confirmed.
• Delivery times vary depending on the donor's location. Typically, deliveries are completed within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are included in the donation amount. No additional shipping fees will be charged to the donor.
• For special requests or expedited shipping, additional charges may apply, and donors will be notified in advance.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once the order is shipped, donors will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status of their shipment.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• In the rare event that the Prasad is damaged during transit, donors are requested to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
• If the shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and either resend the Prasad or provide a refund, as per the donor's preference.
