Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Donations

• Donations made to the trust are non-refundable as they contribute to social causes and operational expenses.
• If a donor wishes to cancel a donation, they must contact us within 24 hours of making the donation. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate donations or technical errors during the payment process.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the donor's account.

3. Prasad Orders

• Once the Prasad order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• In case of damaged or lost shipments, refer to the Shipping Policy for resolution.
