5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Donations made to Sree Matha Trust are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions.
  • Incorrect donation amount due to technical error.
  • Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by contacting the Trust with relevant payment details. The Trust reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.


6. Tax Benefits

Where applicable, tax exemption certificates and receipts may be provided according to the provisions of the Income Tax Act, subject to eligibility and statutory requirements.
